Service Description

Bring your dog to all classes. Class Requirements: Dog must have attended a TCDTC Basic Level One or have an on site prior evaluation & permission from instructor. Continuation of foundation work, exercises, and concepts learned in Basic One. Working towards consistency, reliability, improved responses, increasing distance, and improving the understanding and skills of the handler/owner. Additional work with recalls, heeling, as well as learning new heeling exercises. A lot of proofing is done in this class as well as attention work. PROOF of VACCINES, provided as a recent, printed veterinarian office's record copy, MUST BE SUBMITTED at first class. (Vaccine records provided for prior classes are not kept.). Required vaccines that must be up to date: Distemper/Parvo and Rabies. Bordetella is not required but highly recommended. Flea Prevention should be given monthly. Equipment: dogs need 6’ dog leash, long line or Flexi lead, buckle collar plus training collar if using one, favorite toy and soft treats.
